Our  Approach


We look to build mutual accountability in our relationships with grantees through open and honest dialogue, an invitation to help and/or influence, and long-term partnership. We assess grantees and prospective grantees based on their alignment to our mission, the history and strength of our relationship, the demonstrated effectiveness of their programs and their commitment to measuring outcomes, and other considerations such as community outreach, fundraising strategy, and the strength of their leadership/management team.
